The following payment methods are currently available:

Bank Transfer

• • We offer a 2% discount when using the “Bank Transfer” payment method. Your order will be reserved for 7 days. If no payment is received within this time, the order will be canceled.

PayPal

• • In addition to the standard PayPal service, you can also pay with your credit card, direct debit, or use the “Pay Later (30 days)” option if available.

Cash on Delivery

• • Pay the invoice amount upon receiving your goods in cash to the delivery person (not available for freight shipments or deliveries to Switzerland). This service incurs an additional fee of 20€.

Credit Card

• • Processed through the payment service provider “Stripe.”

Klarna

• • Use Klarna services like “Sofort” (immediate bank transfer), Klarna Invoice, or Klarna Installments.

With Klarna Checkout, you can complete your order quickly and easily without additional registration. You can pay conveniently by invoice or choose an alternative payment method within 30 minutes after placing your order. This option is limited to payment methods within Klarna Checkout, i.e., payment by invoice, installment purchase, credit card, direct debit, and instant bank transfer.

If you are using Klarna Checkout for the first time, you may not be able to select your desired payment method. In such cases, payment can still be made via credit card or instant bank transfer. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options, with payments processed by Klarna:

• Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. Invoice terms for deliveries to Germany can be found here: Germany Invoice Terms, and for Austria here: Austria Invoice Terms.
• Installment Purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase in flexible monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions stated at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month following a monthly invoice sent by Klarna. • Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.
• Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after dispatch of the goods. You will be informed of the timing via email.

The use of payment methods like invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this regard, we forward your data to Klarna for the purposes of address and credit assessment during the purchase process and contract execution. Please understand that we can only offer you payment methods that are allowed based on the results of the credit check.
