Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. To do this, add the desired items to your cart and under “Calculate shipping costs,” select the desired country. You will then be shown the shipping costs for your cart.

Is the desired rate not listed? Write to us, and we will determine the shipping costs for you.

Currently, we accept payment via bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal Plus (credit card and invoice), and through Klarna (installment payments and invoice).

The expected delivery time is provided in the product description of each item. Once your order has been processed, the relevant tracking number of the shipping company will be sent to you.

We pride ourselves on offering spare parts for most generators up to 10 years after purchase.

If you need spare parts, please send an email to info@kipor.org with images of the generator model (including year of manufacture) clearly visible, along with images of the defective part if possible.

If your shipment was damaged during transport, please ask the delivery person to note this upon receipt. Document the damage as thoroughly as possible and send the images along with a description of the damage to info@kipor.org via email.
